About

I’m Deborah. I’m a creative soul, dancing, drawing, singing since I can remember. Through the many years of dancing I discovered the healing powers of dance and movement.
Struggling with depression and anxiety years ago I know about the impact stress and mental health issues can have on our body and soul. Fortunately I also experienced the influence that dance and movement has and how we can use dance and other methods like meditation and breathwork to release and soften, so we can actually live a more relaxed and happy life.

Working as a graphic designer for many years I was constantly working for clients. I had and still have beautiful projects, but I always felt a calling to give back, to share and inspire in the context of dance, self-empowerment and confidence.
Not only, but especially for women.

For a while now this desire has grown inside of me to share my experiences, my knowledge and inspire others to believe in themselves and trust in their journey.
Now is the time! I will jump into this new, knowing that only good things are meant for me as long as I follow the calling of my heart.

I want you to feel that everything you are is right and you belong here in this time!

JUMP!

philosophy

Everybody (every body) can DANCE.
It‘s in our DNA in our cells to move, form and expand.
I believe that even when we‘re still and just our BREATHE is moving our body, this already is dance within our body. By becoming aware of our breath, our body and how it wants to move we can start to build a real connection to our SELF, RELEASE emotion, stress and trauma and gain CONFIDENCE for our body, our soul and personality. When we feel, our brain is collecting and reading the data and our thoughts will then create what we define as our reality based on experience and expectation. Sometimes this can be a vicious cycle, i.e. when we feel anxious or stressed. We can break this cycle by focusing on our breath and letting it guide us back into our body through the movement it creates: contraction and release and all that stems from it.

Music and sound is something we experience from a very early stage of existence. Already in the womb of our mothers we hear the rhythm of her heartbeat, hers and other voices, music. Music, Sound and Intention influences our body. Water for example shapes differently when exposed to sound with different hertz frequencies. I want to use this knowledge to add some deep energetic release within the body. There will be music and sound especially designed for these programs and workshops to support what we will practice through breath and movement on the level of frequency and energy.

Dance is so much more, than just steps, looks and style. It’s about feeling and expressing what’s inside of us, by truly being aware and accepting of who we are in movement. That’s why anyone can join, there are no specific skills or level of experience necessary. Everyone can start at any moment.
By allowing us to move unjudged and freely we remember and empower the essence of who we are and that being our most authentic self will be the way to unlock our happiness in life.

Look inside. Show what you used to hide.
Discover, Uncover, Accept and Love all that is you through DANCE.

I offer space to practice this so we can ultimately bring this knowledge into our daily lives and see that in every moment we are the creators of our life and happiness.
