This program will focus on connecting with ourselves, our surroundings and other people.
It‘s designed to allow us to meet ourselves in a safe space and experience how it feels to give ourselves attention and caring in that way. We will practice to get in touch with our body, the floor and also other people around, in a non-sexual context. Like with contact-improvisation this is about possibly leaving the comfort-zone to experience, that it is safe and even comfortable and healing to touch and be touched.
We will explore the different possibilities of getting in touch and also back away from it, to draw a line so that we learn how to show up for ourselves when we don‘t want to connect.
